At KT Appliance, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new appliance doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unused condition.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email or phone with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Appliance
Ensure the unit is clean, disconnected, and securely placed back in its original packaging including all manuals, hardware, and protective materials.
Schedule Pickup or Shipping
For large appliances, we will coordinate a professional freight pickup at your convenience; for smaller items, simply attach the provided prepaid shipping label.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned item to verify its condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
